How to install and activate Icegram Express

Like any other plugin, you can search for our free version under Plugins > Add new, install and activate it.

Installing premium versions

Installing and activating Icegram Express paid plugin is extremely easy and the whole process can be completed in a couple of minutes – if not in under a minute!

We send you an email with a direct link to the plugin files as soon as you placed the order. Alternatively, you can download from Icegram.com using the credentials you used to purchase the plugin.

Downloading from Icegram > My Account

  1. Login to My Account > Downloads

  2. Look for Icegram Express plan you have purchased and click the download link to download the .zip file of the plugin

  1. Log in to your WordPress Website, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin

  1. Choose File to upload the .zip file you have downloaded

  2. Click Install Now to install

  3. After installing the plugin, activate the plugin by clicking on Activate

Voilà! Icegram Express Starter/Pro is now activated and you can proceed to add the subscription form for visitors to subscribe.

Downloading the plugin files directly from Order Confirmation E-mail

  1. We send you an email with the invoice and a direct link to the plugin files as soon as you placed the order.

  2. To download, look for the .zip file under the plugin name and click it to download

  3. Log in to your WordPress Website, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin

  1. Choose File to upload the .zip file you have downloaded

  2. Click Install Now to install

  3. After installing the plugin, activate the plugin by clicking on Activate

Troubleshooting – Common Problems

Most of the problems in installation are related to permission problems. The best way to resolve them is to first make sure that you can install / upgrade other plugins in WordPress. And if so, delete existing plugin folder from the server using Control Panel / FTP and then try again.
