I am really sorry for the delay in the response. In case you are still looking for an answer, then yes, I would recommend you to do the same step that you have asked in your above query i.e Adding FROM email address same as your domain name.

My query:
Under general settings for Email query: Choose a FROM e-mail address for all the e-mails to be sent from this plugin
I chose my official gmail account same as above (xxxxxx@gmail.com)

Should I change that to wordpress@xxxxxx.com where xxxxxx.com is my domain name or is this not recommended
