People have asked us to build something that will allow sending emails without using a third party email sending service, external SMTPs or the hosting provider’s emailing system.

And it makes sense. Using a web-host to send emails can be extremely unreliable. Using third party services can be very expensive (and sometimes unreliable too).

Upgrade to the latest version of the plugin from within your WordPress admin, and click a button to activate the service. No need to configure SMTPs or pay for third parties.

We’re beginning with free delivery of 100 emails each day, and will increase the limits in future.

How do I get started?

Upgrade to the latest version of Icegram Express plugin from within your WordPress admin. Then click on the “Let’s start” button under “Enable Icegram email sending service” heading in the Icegram Express dashboard. Once activated, the system will automatically work in the background.

What about email deliverability?

The biggest reason for us to launch this is to improve email deliverability and reliability for our users. We expect our infrastructure will provide best-in-class deliverability.

Why just 100 emails in a day? What if my list size is bigger?

Lower limit to test our systems and to prevent abuse – you’d know that we’ve more than 150,000 active users. So we will raise the limits gradually.

If you need to send more than 100 emails, don’t worry. Icegram Express will automatically switch to your previous email sender once you hit the limit. Your emails will keep sending without any interruptions, without any manual intervention.

Is this available only to paid users?

No. The email sending service is available to everyone.

Is there a catch?
