“He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”

Friedrich Nietzsche

Hi there,

We’re living in a time where almost everything can be delegated to AI.

Meetings.
Posting.
Entire conversations.

And yet…

Some messages/conversations still feel real.

Ever thought about that.

So, last week, we stepped away from the basic work.

No dashboards.
No campaigns.
No “quick updates”.

Just a few days together as a team.

And somewhere between the games, the laughter, and those late-night conversations…

something shifted.

The team didn’t feel like “the team” anymore.

It felt like family.

Like cousins meeting after a long time…
Singing the wrong lyrics, arguing over games, solving a murder mystery like it actually mattered.

And strangely…

Those moments made us better at what we do.

Because when people connect better,
They communicate better. 🌱

So, I finally found my…

    Purpose.

    Not something big.

Not something you wait to find.

But something that can change your entire feeling of life.

I learnt, “purpose isn’t something you find.
    It’s something you declare.

You start with one honest sentence:

“I am doing what I am doing because ______.”

    And then you ask:

    Why does that matter?

    And then you go deeper.

At some point, the answers stop sounding right…

    and start feeling right.

    And once that happens…

    Everything becomes clearer.

Then go one more step deeper:

“The purpose that inspires me is ______.”

    Don’t overthink it. Feel it.

Find what makes you want to show up, no matter what… and declare it.

There’s so much more to this than I can fit here. But if this conversation sparked something and you wish to talk more about it, just reply “Purpose,” and I’ll share more with you.

    Now, why do you care?

Every email you send, every relation you make, every communication you have …is trying to do one thing:

    Make someone care.

And people don’t care because an email is perfectly written.

They care because it feels intentional. Feels real.

    Because it answers:

    • Why am I receiving this?
    • Why does this matter to me?

That clarity doesn’t come from AI.

It comes from you knowing your purpose.

And hence, you care. You see, it’s all a circle…

    Okay, so try this.

If you find a quiet moment today, try asking yourself these three questions:

    • What am I doing right now and why does it matter to me?
    • What kind of impact do I want my work to have on others?
    • Where is the gap between what I believe… and what I actually do?

You don’t need perfect answers. Just think deeply.

And… before you write or send anything, pause and complete this:

    “I’m sending this because ______.”

    You’ll feel the difference.

And so will the person reading it.

What did you come up with? Want to share?

I am just a reply away.

Hello from our family to your family… 👋

P.S. We missed the ones who couldn’t join us this time.

We met in person last week.

And it changed the way we think about something simple.

    Communication.

Because when it comes from clarity…
    from intent…
    from something real…

You don’t have to push it.

    People feel it.

    Even through a screen.
    Even through an email.

And that’s the language of honesty.

    What’s real still comes through.

P.S. The more the world automates, the more people value what feels real. And emails are keeping that alive. Do you agree?

    Until next time,
