Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right.’ Start where you stand.

Napoleon Hill

Hi there,

The other day, a friend reached out.

She had an email ready.
Campaign set. Content done.

But she paused.

“With everything going on… Should I even send this right now? If yes, then how?”

It’s a fair question.

When the world feels heavy; conflicts, uncertainty, constant distruction…
You don’t want to sound out of place.
You don’t want to add noise.

But here’s the clarity:

Not sending is also a decision.
And most of the time, it creates distance.

Your audience is still there.
Still reading. Still deciding what deserves their attention.

What’s changed is not whether they engage,
It’s what they engage with.

Right now:

  • Over-promotional → ignored
  • Generic → skipped
  • Over-polished → feels distant

Relevant and real? That’s what works.

So instead of overthinking whether to send,
Focus on what to send.

Simply;

  1. Acknowledge the moment
Anything done with love at this moment is beautiful. One honest line is enough.
  2. Be useful
Share something practical. It can be an idea, a shortcut, a small win, or something that inspires.
  3. Keep it real
Don’t pretend to be someone you are not. Be true and honest; it must feel like a real conversation with your friend.

Remember: It’s not the tool that gets the response, it’s the trust you’ve built.

Tools simplify execution. But what you send still comes down to how well you know your people.

And trust builds when your message feels right for the moment.

I also told my friend,
“Don’t aim for perfect. Aim for relevant.”

She sent it.

And that’s the shift…
not louder emails, not more emails…
just better-timed, more thoughtful ones.

And maybe this is the bigger reminder for all of us:

Uncertainty doesn’t come planned.
It reminds us how little we control,
and how important it is to use what we still have.

If you’re reading this,
You still have today.

Use it well.

Start the thing you’ve been delaying.
Send the email you’ve been holding back.
Show up, simply, honestly. Just show up.

Wherever you are reading this from,
I hope you are safe.
I hope your family is safe.

And I hope things get better – really soon.

P.S. Stuck on your next email? Reply with “NEXT,” and I’ll send you a quick starting point.

Until next time,
