What Happens If I Don't Renew My Subscription?

Understand what happens to installed Icegram plugins, campaigns, and stored data if you choose not to renew your annual subscription.

If you decide not to renew your subscription, your installed Icegram plugins will continue to function on your WordPress site.

However, an expired subscription introduces several important limitations:

  • No New Updates: You will not receive future plugin updates, which include new features, performance improvements, bug fixes, and critical security patches.
  • WordPress & WooCommerce Compatibility: As WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions update, unmaintained plugins may encounter conflicts or compatibility errors over time.
  • No Direct Support: Access to our developer support team is reserved for active license holders.

To keep your website secure and running smoothly, we strongly recommend keeping subscriptions active.
