How to Change, Update, or Translate Texts in Icegram Express

Translate or customize front-end form messages, confirmation notices, and UI strings in Icegram Express using Loco Translate or POT files.

Every string, button label, and error message in Icegram Express is localized and translatable into any language using standard WordPress translation tools.

The easiest way to translate strings or customize button labels without code is using the free Loco Translate plugin:

  1. Install and activate Loco Translate from Plugins > Add New.
  2. Go to Loco Translate > Plugins and select Icegram Express (or Email Subscribers).
  3. Click New Language and select your website’s language.
  4. Search for the string you wish to modify (e.g., “Subscribe”, “Please check your inbox”).
  5. Enter your translation or custom phrasing in the translation box.
  6. Click Save.

Updating or Overriding Specific Strings

If a translation does not appear on your front end:

  1. In Loco Translate, ensure the translation template is synchronized with the latest .pot file by clicking Sync.
  2. Check that the .mo file is saved in the safe wp-content/languages/plugins/ directory so plugin updates do not overwrite your translations.
