How to Install and Activate Icegram Engage

Install and activate Icegram Engage on your WordPress website, from the free WordPress repository or via Pro/Max zip upload.

Setting up Icegram Engage on your WordPress site takes only a couple of minutes. You can install the free core plugin directly from your WordPress dashboard, or upload the premium Pro/Max zip file downloaded from your Icegram account.

Method 1: Install Icegram Engage Free from WordPress.org

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New.

  3. In the search box, type Icegram Engage.

  4. Locate Popups, Welcome Bar, Optins and Lead Generation Plugin – Icegram Engage in the results and click Install Now.

  5. Once installation finishes, click Activate.

Method 2: Install Icegram Engage Pro or Max (Zip Upload)

If you purchased an Icegram Engage Pro or Max plan:

  1. Download the plugin zip file from your Icegram My Account page or from the download link in your order completion email.

  2. In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Add New.

  3. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.

  4. Click Choose File, select the downloaded icegram-engage-pro.zip (or max) file from your computer, and click Install Now.

  5. After the upload completes, click Activate Plugin.

  6. Connect your store to verify your license and enable automatic updates.
