How to Set Up an Enrollment Workflow
- Ensure both LearnDash and Icegram Express Max are active on your site.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Icegram Express > Workflows > Workflow Gallery.
- Select the pre-built template LearnDash - Add users to list upon course enrollment.
- In the Trigger section, choose the specific course or lesson event.
- In the Rules section, optionally specify conditions (such as specific course IDs or student user roles).
- Under Action, select Add to List and choose your dedicated student mailing list.
- Switch the workflow status to Active and click Save.
