How to Connect Icegram Collect Forms with Icegram Express

Connect Icegram Collect lead capture forms to Icegram Express to automatically sync new subscribers to your lists.

Icegram Collect is a lightweight lead capture and form builder for WordPress that offers ready-to-use form templates with styles like Classic, Material, and Iconic.

Connecting Icegram Collect with Icegram Express allows you to place styled opt-in forms anywhere on your site and sync new signups straight into your Icegram Express subscriber lists.

Integration Steps

  1. Ensure both Icegram Collect and Icegram Express are installed and activated on your WordPress site.

  2. In your WordPress admin, go to Icegram Collect > Add New (or edit an existing form).

  3. Under the Fields tab, choose the input fields you want to collect (such as Name and Email).

  4. Under the Design tab, select a styling preset (Classic, Material, or Inherit Theme CSS).

  5. Under the Actions tab, check the option Subscribe to a mailing list and select Icegram Express from the dropdown.

  6. Select the target Subscriber List where incoming contacts should be added.

  7. Save the form, copy the generated shortcode (e.g., [icegram_collect id="..."]), and paste it into any page, post, or widget area.
