How to Send Form Data to Third-Party Services via Webhooks

Send Icegram Collect form submissions automatically to Zapier, Make, CRMs, or custom webhook endpoints.

Webhooks let you automatically transmit contact submissions in real time to third-party marketing tools, CRM software, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and webhook relays.

Steps to Set Up a Webhook

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Icegram Collect → Forms.

  2. Click Edit on the form you want to connect.

  3. Navigate to the Form Actions tab.

  4. Check the box labeled Trigger a Webhook.

  5. Paste your external webhook URL (e.g., from Zapier or your CRM) into the Webhook URL field.

  6. Click Update to save your changes.

Whenever a visitor submits the form, Icegram Collect sends a JSON payload containing the submitted field values (name, email, timestamp, and metadata) directly to your webhook endpoint.
