How to Redirect Subscribers to a Custom URL After Signup

Automatically redirect new subscribers to a custom thank-you page or lead magnet download URL after form submission.

Redirecting new subscribers to a custom thank-you page allows you to deliver downloadable lead magnets, introduce special welcome offers, or track marketing conversions using tracking pixels.

Depending on the form builder you use, you can configure post-signup redirection through Icegram Collect or directly in native Icegram Express forms.

Option 1: Using Icegram Collect Forms

If you use Icegram Collect for your subscription popups and inline forms:

  1. Ensure Icegram Express and Icegram Collect are integrated on your site.
  2. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Icegram Collect → Forms and edit your subscription form.
  3. Open the Form Actions (or Confirmation) tab.
  4. Check the option Redirect to URL and enter your desired landing page URL.
  5. Click Save Form.

Option 2: Using Native Icegram Express Forms

If you are using native Icegram Express subscription forms:

  1. Navigate to Icegram Express → Forms.
  2. Edit your subscription form.
  3. In the Form Settings, locate the Redirect URL field.
  4. Enter your custom confirmation or thank-you page URL.
  5. Click Save Form.

When a visitor completes the form, they will be automatically redirected to your designated URL instead of seeing an in-page confirmation notice.
