How to Resend a Confirmation Email

If a subscriber didn’t receive their initial double opt-in confirmation email or missed it in their inbox, you can easily resend the confirmation request directly from your dashboard.

Resend to an Individual Subscriber

  1. In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Icegram Express → Audience.

  2. Locate the contact whose status is Unconfirmed.

  3. Hover your cursor over their contact name or email address.

  4. Click the Resend Confirmation action link.

Resend Confirmation Emails in Bulk

If you have multiple unconfirmed subscribers:

  1. Filter your audience by Status → Unconfirmed.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the contacts you wish to contact (or check the master box to select all).
  3. From the Bulk Actions dropdown, select Send Confirmation email.
  4. Click Apply.
