Where can I find the Icegram Engage Pro/Max I purchased
Check Email– Ideally after purchasing the Icegram Engage Pro/Max Plan you will receive a confirmatory email. This email will have the zip file to the plan you purchased.
Check My Account Page– If you haven’t received the email you can check the My Account page where after login you can download the plan which you have bought.
Sometimes the payment is not completed immediately and so you may not get the email nor the zip in your My Account page. We suggest you wait for a few hours, if it still doesn’t appear mail us here.
