Do I need Icegram Express to use Icegram Genie?​

Ans: Yes. Icegram Genie works alongside Icegram Express and requires it to be installed and activated on your WordPress site. Genie creates and manages campaigns directly within Icegram Express.

Is Icegram Genie free?​

Ans: Yes. Icegram Genie is free to install and use. Some advanced features and integrations may be introduced in future releases.

Which AI provider does Icegram Genie work with?​

Ans: Icegram Genie currently works with Claude through MCP (Model Context Protocol). Support for additional AI providers may be added in future updates.

How do I connect Claude to my WordPress site?​

Ans: After activating Icegram Genie, configure the OAuth Server, create client credentials, and add your WordPress site as a custom connector in Claude. Follow the Getting Started guide for detailed setup instructions.

My Claude connection is not working. What should I check?​

Ans: Verify that:

  • OAuth Server is enabled.
  • Client ID and Client Secret are entered correctly.
  • Redirect URI is configured properly.
  • Your MCP Server URL is correct.
  • The connector has been authorized successfully in Claude.

Where are the generated campaigns stored?​

Ans: All generated campaigns are saved as drafts inside Icegram Express on your WordPress site. You can review, edit, and send them whenever you're ready.

Will Icegram Genie modify my existing campaigns?​

Ans: No. Icegram Genie does not change your existing campaigns, subscribers, or settings unless you explicitly instruct it to do so.

Can I edit the campaign after it is generated?​

Ans: Absolutely. Every campaign generated by Icegram Genie is fully editable. You can modify the subject line, content, design, and recipient lists before sending.

Can Icegram Genie create email sequences?​

Ans: Yes. Icegram Genie can generate single emails, welcome sequences, onboarding flows, product announcements, newsletters, re-engagement campaigns, and more based on your prompts.

Does Icegram Genie send emails automatically?​

Ans: No. Icegram Genie creates campaign drafts. You remain in complete control of reviewing, editing, and sending campaigns through Icegram Express.

Is my subscriber data shared with other users?​

Ans: No. Your subscriber data remains associated with your WordPress site and account. Icegram Genie does not expose your data to other users.

Can I uninstall Icegram Genie at any time?​

Ans: Yes. You can deactivate or uninstall Icegram Genie whenever you like. Your existing Icegram Express campaigns and subscriber data will remain available.

What is MCP?​

Ans: MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that allows AI tools such as Claude to securely communicate with external applications. In Icegram Genie, MCP enables Claude to interact with your Icegram Express installation and perform email marketing tasks through simple prompts.

Can Icegram Genie manage subscribers?​

Ans: Yes. Icegram Genie can help you find subscribers, create segments, tag contacts, and perform subscriber management tasks through natural language instructions.

What should I do if campaign generation fails?​

Ans: First, confirm that your Claude connection is active and authorized. Then verify that Icegram Express and Icegram Genie are updated to the latest versions. If the issue persists, please contact the Icegram support team for assistance.
