How to Create an Email Sequence in Icegram Express Max

Build automated drip email sequences and autoresponders in Icegram Express Max to onboard leads and nurture subscribers.

An Email Sequence (or autoresponder series) allows you to automate a series of scheduled emails delivered at predetermined intervals after a contact joins your list.

For example, a software company can send a welcome guide on Day 1, product onboarding tips on Day 3, a customer case study on Day 7, and a special promotional offer on Day 14.

Steps to Create an Email Sequence

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Icegram Express > Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

  2. Select Sequence.

  3. Enter a title for your sequence (e.g., “New User Onboarding Series”).

  4. Configure Email #1: Specify the delay (e.g., Send 1 day after subscription), enter the subject line, and design your message content.

  5. Click Add Recipients to select your target subscriber list and configure optional behavioral conditions (e.g., only send to contacts who opened the previous email).

  6. Click + Add Email to append subsequent emails to the drip sequence.

  7. Click Save All to activate the sequence.
