Andrea Juliao

Head of Marketing, WordPress & WooCommerce Products

Andrea started as an engineer. She ended up leading marketing for WordPress plugins and WooCommerce tools. This turns out to be a very useful combination.

Over twelve-plus years, she's helped WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, and SaaS products win customers and keep them - by understanding not just what the product does, but what's actually stopping someone from buying it or staying subscribed. She led a 15+ person team across content, SEO, brand, acquisition, and customer success, with business intelligence telling her what the numbers mean and her engineering background keeping her honest about what they don't.

Her favorite part of the job is still what it always was: getting to know the people behind a WooCommerce store or a WordPress business, understanding what they're building and what's in their way, then finding the right tools to help them get there. Off the clock, she's baking something experimental, loudly watching football, or making friends with the nearest dog.
