How to show another message type on click of the CTA button in Icegram Engage

This feature is available in Icegram Engage Pro plan.

To show another message type on click of the CTA button in Icegram Engage, follow these steps:

Step 1: Install and activate Icegram EngageEngage Pro.

Step 2: Create a New Campaign or Edit a previously created campaign.

Step 3: In the campaign editing panel below Button Label, you'll find an option called Button Action.

Step 4: Click on the Button Action drop-down, select ""Show another message"". This will reveal another drop-down containing the names of other previously created messages.

Step 5: Select the message from the drop-down that you want to show once the CTA button of your current message is clicked.

Step 6: Publish / Update the campaign.
