Why some shortcodes are not working in email templates

Email Subscribers template support shortcodes.

Note: There are some shortcodes that render javascript and CSS while executing. This will be stripped off by some email clients.
In these cases, the shortcode will not look/work properly.

A shortcode that purely renders content will work.
